About The Author
Meet Dr. Marizelle Arce
Hey there! I’m thrilled to share something special with you today.
You know, for as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the art and craft of medicine. Growing up with the rich traditions of my Peruvian heritage, I pursued an undergraduate degree in Anthropology, diving deep into the ancient ways of food, medicine, and the wisdom of cultures around the globe. After 4 ½ years of rigorous Naturopathic medical studies at The University of Bridgeport, I found my sweet spot—where ancient traditions meet modern science.

And guess what? This journey led me to write a book titled Germs Are Not Our Enemy: Why the New Terrain Medicine is Best for Optimal Health." Sounds intriguing, right?

In this book, I challenge the conventional mindset that puts so much emphasis on germs, diagnoses, and diseases. Instead, I invite you to explore the Terrain Ideology of Health, which shifts the focus onto you—the patient—and the balance of both your internal and external environments.

Imagine a world where health isn’t just about avoiding germs, but about nurturing your body and mind, drawing from the wisdom of ancient cultures while leveraging modern biology. This is the conversation I want to have with you!

Throughout my years in the field, I’ve seen firsthand how understanding food, nutrition, and holistic practices can empower you to take charge of your health. With expertise in food/nutrition science and certifications as a Personal Trainer and Applied Kinesiologist, I’m here to blend these insights into practical, everyday applications.

This isn’t just a book; it’s a dialogue. A chance to rethink health in ways that resonate with our true nature. You’ll discover how to foster a thriving environment for your body, nurture your well-being, and embrace a life where health is a journey, not a destination.

So, if you’re curious about a fresh perspective on health, ready to break free from outdated paradigms, and eager to embrace the power of your own terrain, I invite you to join me on this journey.

Let’s open the door to a new conversation about health together. Grab your copy of Germs Are Not Our Enemy and let’s explore how we can cultivate optimal health, together!

Q: How do these scientific insights translate into practical clinical outcomes? A: Understanding pleomorphism allows us to work more effectively with the body's natural processes. Instead of merely suppressing symptoms, we can support the intelligent adaptation of these fundamental particles, leading to more sustainable healing outcomes.
Q: What in your 20 years of practice led you to these discoveries? A: Years of clinical observation, combined with deep research into pleomorphism and microzymas, revealed patterns that conventional medicine couldn't explain. This led to breakthrough insights that have transformed how I understand and support the healing process.
